We'd like to keep a short journal of our food adventures, and we'll share them because we'd like you to too. We're now in Columbus, Ohio, so you should know that's our usual frame of reference. Blog mainstays will be:

Honest restaurant reviews - our thoughts, good or bad.
Inspired home cooking - eating well on a budget.
Deliberate ingredient sources - where food comes from matters.

You may see some recipe video, farm and market tours, food politics, and more.

We've consciously decided to buy ingredients that are fair, healthy, and tasty whenever possible - but we know not everyone has that option. We hope and work for a world where everyone does.
